Factory Manager - Steel Industry Only ( 3- 7 years Only)

Location: Medchal, Hyderabad

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in factory operations, production planning, workforce management, quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Candidates from the Manufacturing, Steel, Engineering, Fabrication, Heavy Engineering, Building Materials, or similar industrial sectors will be preferred.

• Manage overall factory operations to achieve production targets.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and other resources.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and statutory compliance across the factory.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and operational reports.
• Handle workforce management, attendance, discipline, and team motivation.
• Ensure proper inventory control of raw materials and finished goods.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and factory operations.
• Experience in production planning and process optimization.
• Good leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of quality systems and workplace safety practices.
• Ability to solve operational issues efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems is an added advantage.

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant discipline.

• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days only.
• Candidates must have stable experience in manufacturing or similar industrial environments.
