Job Description

Provide overall leadership and direction for all plant operations, including Production, Engineering, Warehousing, Quality, and HR
Deliver the annual operating plan, ensuring achievement of performance targets across cost, service, safety, and quality
Ensure uninterrupted supply to customers through effective planning and execution
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, flexibility, and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards
Act as the site leader and legal entity representative, managing relationships with external authorities and stakeholders
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team, with a strong focus on capability building and succession planning
Champion transformation initiatives, including automation, digitalisation, and future-ready manufacturing practices

Candidate Profile

16+ years of leadership experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain environments
Proven track record within FMCG, food, pharmaceuticals, or other process-driven industries
Demonstrated success in delivering operational excellence and business transformation
Experience managing large, complex, and matrixed teams
