Role Description

Manage hospital soft services (housekeeping and patient care) under Facility Management, ensuring smooth service delivery, manpower control, and client satisfaction in a unionised setup.

Responsiilities

• Manage daily operations of housekeeping and patient care staff at hospital site
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and patient support services as per client scope
• Handle unionised manpower – attendance, deployment, shifts, overtime, grievances
• Ensure no service disruption due to manpower or union issues
• Coordinate with hospital administration and nursing teams
• Address service complaints and close issues on time
• Maintain basic FM records (attendance, deployment, service logs)
• Support hospital audits related to FM scope.

Requirements

• 8–12 years experience in hospital soft services FM
• Hands‑on experience in housekeeping and patient care services
• Union handling experience in Mumbai (mandatory)
• Background from Facility Management companies / hospital FM contracts
