Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Mumbai. The role spans the full arc of a workspace project, from concept development and space planning to material selection, technical documentation, Client presentations, and site coordination through completion. The position involves working closely with senior designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendor teams to ensure design intent is maintained at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conceptualise and develop design concepts for corporate workspaces

* Develop detailed space plans that optimise functionality, flow, and spatial efficiency

* Select materials, finishes, colour palettes, furnishings, lighting, and accessories

* Prepare technical drawings including elevations, sections, and construction details

* Present design concepts to Clients, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions

* Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed with precision

* Coordinate with vendors and site teams through project completion

* Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records

Skills and Proficiency:

* AutoCAD and Revit (essential)

* SketchUp and V-Ray (added advantage)

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Refined aesthetic sense with high attention to detail

* Confidence in presenting to Clients

* Ability to translate Client aspirations into clear, functional spatial layouts

* Collaborative approach across cross-functional teams

Experience: 4 to 5 years

• Location: Mumbai. Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred.
