From state:of:the:art courts to modern clubhouses, youll ensure every location operates safely, efficiently, and at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Own the condition, safety, and functionality of all UK sites.
Implement and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across courts, buildings, M and E systems, and tech infrastructure.
Source, negotiate, and manage national and regional contractors.
Maintain asset registers, warranties, and O and M manuals.
Lead facilities for new site openings, including snagging and defect management.
Train club managers and support cross:functional teams on asset care.

Were Looking For Someone Who

Has 5+ years in multi:site facilities management (leisure, gyms, hospitality, retail, or sports facilities ideal).
Is commercial, practical, organised, and decisive.
Can manage contractors effectively and is hands:on.
Is comfortable travelling and dealing with site issues directly.
Implements standards and ensures problems are resolved quickly.
