Job Description

Possess 5-8 years of IT experience with 3-5 years into Test Automation with hands on experience

· Should implement and maintain automation frameworks using Key Word Driven / Data Driven / Hybrid approaches
· Should lead a team of 5-7 automation engineers and solve the technical issues
· Define and implement different testing processes
· Define metrics and the mechanism to measure these metrics pertaining to automation and be able to depict the value addition by using automation
· Should interact with client contacts and publish daily, weekly and monthly reports
· Motivate the team all times and provide the technical leadership
