Facets Full Stack Developer

Role: Facets Full Stack Developer Experience: 8+ years Band: B3 Location: Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore / Chennai / Greater Noida Notice Period: Immediate to 90 Days Job Description The Facets Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and support enterprise healthcare applications built on the TriZetto Facets platform. The role requires strong expertise in both Facets and modern .NET full-stack technologies, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions across the claims domain and related systems. Key Responsibilities Participate in Facets product development and customization for healthcare solutions. Design and develop .NET Core, Angular, MVC, Entity Framework, Web API, and SQL-based applications. Work on Facets extensions and integration within the claims domain and EDI workflows. Engage in end-to-end software development: design, build, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate in Agile teams, ensuring stories are clear, estimated, and delivered with quality. Create and review design documents in alignment with team architecture patterns. Contribute to the modernization of legacy applications using microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes. Ensure all deliverables adhere to security standards and performance benchmarks. Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. Participate in root cause analysis for incidents and drive corrective actions. Introduce automation and engineering best practices to improve efficiency. Collaborate with product management, operations, and platform teams for scalable solutions. Provide mentorship and act as a technical expert within the development team. Support production stability and application availability within defined SLAs. Required Skills 8+ years overall IT experience, with at least 3+ years in TriZetto Facets development. Strong understanding of Facets claims domain and EDI processes. 4+ years in SQL (queries, stored procedures, optimization). 4+ years in C# / .NET development (Core, MVC, Web API). 2+ years in REST API and microservices development. 2+ years working in Agile environments. Experience in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka. Strong debugging, analytical, and documentation skills. Preferred Skills Cloud experience (Azure or AWS). Exposure to automation tools and engineering best practices. Leadership in mentoring developers and handling cross-team deliverables. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
