About The Role

We are a leading SAP consulting provider in Northern Europe with a long history in Pune.

We are looking for a dynamic Head of SAP India to lead our largest Digital Core delivery hub.

You will lead 300 SAP professionals forming a cornerstone of Vivicta strategic offerings, and join our SAP Global Leadership Team and influence our global SAP strategy.

You appreciate the European Nordic ways of working and want to reach out to our Nordic Markets organization and to our Nordic customers to understand their unique needs and grow our business.

You are interested to develop your Indian teams competences and actively embrace the AI revolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Indian practice development:
• Lead and develop our team leads and their consultants, regrouping 300 professionals. SAP Pune delivery center is the largest we have.
• Collaborate with Nordic SAP go-to-market teams to align India operations with global growth and delivery strategy.
• Act as a key member of the Global SAP Leadership Team, contributing to the strategic direction of our €350M digital consulting business.
  
  

• Delivery & operations:
• Plan and develop a highly utilized and profitable team.
• Ensure delivery excellence across the customer lifecycle - from presales to implementation and support.
• Support the development and deployment of AI and other initiatives
• Execute long-term competence development and upskilling plans for the SAP team.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
• Customer engagement & thought leadership:
• Put the customer at the center of what we do, during their visit and any other days
• Serve as a senior customer-facing spokesperson, drive solution and co-innovation
• Represent Vivicta as AI enabled within and outside our Indian teams.
• Drive SAP thought leadership initiatives from Pune.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in SAP delivery, presales, or solutioning roles: Strong AI interest, deep understanding of SAP technologies, especially S/4HANA.
• 5+ years in leadership capacity in cross cultural environment with ability to lead large teams and drive strategic outcomes.
• Excellent customer engagement skills, ability to influence and build trust at CXO levels.
