Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Fabric Sourcing - Purchase - Midlevel position. The role involves identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating purchase agreements, and managing procurement processes for fabric materials. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness in sourcing, maintaining supplier relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet production requirements and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating supplier options, cost analysis, and quality assessment.
• Effective Communication abilities to liaise with suppliers and internal teams clearly and professionally.
• Experience in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms with suppliers and manage agreements efficiently.
• Relevant experience in Procurement processes and fabric sourcing in the textile or apparel industry.
• Familiarity with Recruiting suppliers and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Knowledge of market trends and fabric quality standards is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Textiles, or a related field is preferred.
