EXTRUSION LINE EXPERT 🚨 HDPE / MDPE / LDPE PIPE MANUFACTURING

We are expanding our manufacturing operations and are looking for a highly experienced Extrusion Line Expert to take end-to-end technical leadership of HDPE / MDPE / LDPE pipe production.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead installation supervision, commissioning & stabilization of extrusion lines

• Independently operate and optimize HDPE / MDPE / LDPE pipe extrusion

• Strong command over extruder, die head, vacuum tank, cooling, haul-off, cutter & coiler

• Process optimization for output, quality, thickness & consistency

• Deep understanding of raw materials, formulations & process parameters

• Troubleshoot machine, material & process-related challenges

• Train and guide operators and production teams

• Support product development and continuous improvement

🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–10+ years of hands-on experience in pipe extrusion

• Proven expertise in HDPE / MDPE / LDPE processing

• Has independently handled complete extrusion lines

• Strong problem-solving and leadership capability

• Experience with Indian or imported extrusion machinery preferred
