• l launch.Formulate and optimise recipes for fried, baked, and flavoured snack products, including seasoning and flavou
• r blends.Develop and maintain product specifications, process parameters, and batch formulation sheets for
• all SKUs.Conduct and document sensory evaluation panels; incorporate feedback into iterative product re
• finement.Manage the R&D sample register, trial log, and NPD (new product development) pipeline
• tracker.Collaborate with sales and marketing to translate consumer and customer insights into viable product
• concepts.Monitor ingredient performance, shelf-life, and packaging compatibility; initiate reformulation when
• required.Maintain awareness of regional snack market trends, competitor products, and emerging ing

• anagementOversee all day-to-day production activities at the Plant snack unit, ensuring targets for output, OEE, and waste
