- ; R&DLead end-to-end product development for new snack SKUs — from ideation and ingredient sourcing through bench trials, scale-up, and commercia
- l launch.Formulate and optimise recipes for fried, baked, and flavoured snack products, including seasoning and flavou
- r blends.Develop and maintain product specifications, process parameters, and batch formulation sheets for
- all SKUs.Conduct and document sensory evaluation panels; incorporate feedback into iterative product re
- finement.Manage the R&D sample register, trial log, and NPD (new product development) pipeline
- tracker.Collaborate with sales and marketing to translate consumer and customer insights into viable product
- concepts.Monitor ingredient performance, shelf-life, and packaging compatibility; initiate reformulation when
- required.Maintain awareness of regional snack market trends, competitor products, and emerging ing
redients.B. Plant Operations M
- anagementOversee all day-to-day production activities at the Plant snack unit, ensuring targets for output, OEE, and waste
- are met.Plan and execute daily and weekly production schedules in alignment with sales orders and inventor
- y levels.Supervise line supervisors, machine operators, and QC staff; conduct performance reviews and manage shift h
- andovers.Own the production batch sheet system — ensure all batch records, material issuances, and outputs are accurately do
- cumented.Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, waste reduction, cycle time, yield improvement) across producti
- on lines.Coordinate with maintenance teams on preventive maintenance schedules; minimise unplanned
- downtime.Manage raw material and packing material consumption against standard; investigate and close out variance
- reports.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards (TFDA, TBS, HACCP pri
