Job Summary:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kundli, Sonipat for an Export Merchandiser. The role involves coordinating with international clients, managing customer relationships, handling pricing and quotations, and ensuring timely execution of export orders. The candidate will also work closely with production and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Established in the year 2001, the company operates from a modern facility in Kundli, near Delhi, with a skilled workforce of more than 200 professionals. Key Responsibilities:

Order Management & Coordination

• Handle export orders from inquiry to final shipment.

• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.

Buyer Communication

• Act as the main contact for international buyers.

• Maintain strong client relationships and address queries promptly.

• Support discussions on pricing, negotiations, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Product Development & Sampling

• Arrange product samples as per buyer requirements.

• Ensure quality approvals before production.

• Work closely with design, production, and quality teams.

Export Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare export documents such as invoices, packing lists, LC documents, and certificates of origin.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and coordinate shipments.

Vendor & Supplier Management

• Source materials from suppliers at competitive prices.

• Track production timelines and resolve supply chain issues.

Market Research

• Monitor global market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with international clients and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good sales and negotiation skills to handle client inquiries.

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and branding activities.

• Knowledge of export processes, international trade regulations, and shipping documentation.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
