Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end export operations for food products.
• Coordinate with international buyers, distributors, and logistics partners.
• Prepare export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, Health Certificates, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, food safety standards, and country-specific requirements.
• Handle negotiation, pricing, and order finalization with overseas clients.
• Monitor shipment schedules, track consignments, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain communication with CHA, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and inspection agencies.
• Develop new export markets and expand global customer base.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Resolve export-related operational issues and maintain records for audits.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of food product export regulations (FSSAI, APEDA guidelines, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in documentation & international logistics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
Experience:
• Prior experience in export of food products is mandatory (Minimum 3–5 years preferred).
Qualification: MBA (Preferred: MBA in International Business / Marketing)
