Position Summary
The Curation Manager will be responsible for designing, curating, and delivering distinctive resort experiences across the MHRIL network. This role ensures that every curated activity reflects cultural authenticity, guest delight, and brand values, while being scalable across multiple resorts. The Curation Manager will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, monitor quality standards, and continuously innovate to enhance member experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Experience Design & Innovation
- Curate engaging resort experiences that blend local culture, tradition, and modern leisure trends.
- Innovate new activities and programs that differentiate MHRIL resorts in the market.
- Ensure experiences are scalable, cost‑effective, and aligned with brand positioning.
Quality Assurance
- Monitor and evaluate the delivery of curated experiences at resorts.
- Establish quality benchmarks and ensure consistency across locations.
- Collect guest feedback and implement improvements for continuous enhancement.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with Resort Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to integrate curated experiences into the overall guest journey.
- Partner with local artisans, performers, and cultural experts to enrich resort offerings.
- Support corporate initiatives for member engagement and retention through curated programs.
Training & Mentorship
- Train resort staff and curators on experience delivery standards.
- Mentor junior curators to build capability and creativity in designing guest experiences.
Market Competitiveness
- Conduct research on hospitality and leisure trends to keep offerings relevant.
- Benchmark against competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Arts, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in experience design, curation, or hospitality operations
- Exposure to leisure hospitality, cultural programming, or event management preferred
- Proven track record of delivering guest‑centric programs in hospitality or tourism
