Location for this role is at Hosur

Import Logistics Manager.

In This Role You Will

• Maintain import documents.
• Process customs duty & update Charge Model in M3 (ERP).
• Submission of import documents to finance for payment process.
• Reconcile & Submission of service provider bills for payment process.
• Maintaining of customs duty payment & service provider bill submission report.
• Import shipment booking via DHL/FedEx.
• Checklist approval for impot shipments.
• Coordinate with Forwarders, CHA on pickup & delivery of shipments.
• Coordinate with Finance, IDM, Purchase, SCM for import laisoning.
• Transportation Management
• Origin / Freight / Last Mile Transportation Tracking and Management
• EXIM Compliance
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (with a minimum of
• 1-2 years of experience in a Logistics of Manufacturing units)
• Overall experience 10-12 years
  
  

Desired Characteristics

• Experience in Fulfillment / Purchasing and writing fulfillment reports using MS Office
• Experience with ERP system
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• PC and database proficiency with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong Knowledge of Ocean / Air Market
• Conversant with IATA / IMO Rules and Regulations
• Strong relationship with Liners/Carriers and Freight Forwarders
