Job Description

AICRA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Exhibition Sales Manager responsible for generating revenue through exhibition booth sales, sponsorship packages, and conference partnerships for AICRA’s national and international events.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B event sales, sponsorship sales, and corporate partnerships, along with the ability to build relationships with technology companies, startups, and industry stakeholders.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive booth sales for exhibitions and technology expos organized by AICRA.
  • Identify and onboard corporates, startups, and technology companies as exhibitors.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective exhibitors and partners.
  • Generate revenue through event sponsorships, branding opportunities, and partnership packages.
  • Present customized sponsorship proposals to corporate clients and industry partners.
  • Close high-value deals with technology companies and industry brands.
  • Promote conference participation, speaking slots, and delegate packages.
  • Engage with CXOs, marketing heads, and business leaders to encourage participation in AICRA conferences and forums.
  • Build long-term relationships with existing and potential sponsors, exhibitors, and partners.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure participation.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat participation.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Work closely with marketing and event teams to maximize exhibitor visibility and engagement.


QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in exhibition sales, conference sales, sponsorship sales, or B2B event sales.
  • Strong network with corporates, startups, and technology companies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and close high-value deals.


PACKAGE:

Between INR 400,000/- to INR 800,000/- + Variables Pay
