The Executive – Women Empowerment & Welfare will focus on initiatives and programs to promote the welfare and development of the women workforce at Eastman Exports. Responsibilities include planning and implementing initiatives for women's safety, professional growth, and overall well-being, organizing training programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and acting as a liaison between employees and management. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to address workplace challenges and create an inclusive environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruppur.

• Strong understanding of gender equality and women empowerment initiatives within workplace settings
• Experience in employee welfare programs and HR policies related to workforce development
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster dialogue and build trust
• Proficiency in organizing and conducting training sessions or workshops
• Excellent administrative, coordination, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance frameworks related to employee welfare
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Relevant experience in human resources, social work, or a similar area
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
