Executive – Social Impact Initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute community development programmes, from concept to measurable impact
• Take initiative in launching new projects by identifying community needs and defining scope and direction
• Work with student scholars in building their profiles and engagement journeys
• Drive fundraising through strategic, purpose-led projects and partnerships, ensuring sustainability and scale of initiatives
• Oversee event planning, fieldwork, coordination, and execution with a strong focus on outcomes
• Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and storytelling of progress and impact

We’re looking for:

• Individuals with a leadership spirit, intent for service and ownership mindset
• 2+ years of experience in the social/development sector
• communication, analysis, planning, reporting and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned to the mission and values
• A genuine inclination toward volunteerism, community collaboration, and long-term impact building
