About the Role
We are expanding our Executive Search & Leadership Hiring practice to support CXO and senior leadership mandates across multiple industries. We are seeking seasoned Executive Search Consultants who have a strong track record in delivering high‑impact leadership hiring assignments and can operate as trusted advisors to senior business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of leadership hiring and executive search mandates.
- Drive high-quality market mapping, headhunting, and talent intelligence efforts for niche leadership roles.
- Engage and advise CEOs, CHROs, and senior business heads with credibility and confidence.
- Conduct leadership assessments and present insight-led, structured shortlists.
- Manage retained, exclusive, and high-sensitivity mandates with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Build strong candidate networks across industries and maintain long-term stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure timely traction and predictable delivery for all assigned mandates.
Required Experience & Skills
- 8–18+ years of experience in executive search or leadership hiring.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for CXO, VP, Director, Business Head–level roles.
- Strong background in retained search or exclusive leadership mandates.
- Prior experience in top executive search firms, leadership-focused RPOs, or specialized advisory firms is highly preferred.
- Industry depth in one or more of the following:
- BFSI
- Consumer
- Industrial
- Technology
- Healthcare
- GCCs / Global Capability Centers
- Expertise in headhunting, market intelligence, and passive talent engagement.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders with high levels of ownership, maturity, and business understanding.
