THE OPPORTUNITY

Gilman Partners, one of Cincinnati’s most respected retained executive search firms, is seeking an Executive Search Consultant who can deliver both high-impact search work and actively contribute to growing the firm’s business through their network and market presence.


We are specifically seeking an HR Professional with the executive presence and credibility to build and sustain relationships at the C-suite level, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead and execute retained executive search engagements across manufacturing, supply chain, and HR leadership roles
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insight on talent markets, compensation, and hiring strategy
  • Assess and evaluate senior leadership talent using structured, high-touch methods
  • Build long-term relationships with executives, candidates, and referral sources
  • Partner internally with our research team to identify and engage top talent
  • Develop new search opportunities in your first 9 – 12 months by activating and expanding your professional network through relationship-driven business development


IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 15+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or operations environments, working at a Leadership Team level
  • Strong inclination to gradually develop new search business through your regional professional network
  • Track record of hiring and assessing leadership talent in complex, production-based settings
  • Executive presence and credibility to engage at all organizational levels including the C-suite
  • Strong judgment, business acumen, and consultative mindset
  • Low ego, high integrity, and a collaborative, team-first approach
