β€’ Drive revenue growth with business analytics by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.

β€’ Manage key customer accounts to build long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.

β€’ Act as the voice of the customer internally, coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless order execution.

β€’ Oversee the order lifecycle, including commercial documentation, order processing, and delivery coordination.

β€’ Address customer feedback and issue resolution while supporting retention initiatives.

β€’ Support sales planning, forecasting, and market intelligence to aid strategic decisions.

πŸŽ“ Ideal Candidate Profile:

β€’ Education: BE (Marine/Mechanical) / BBA / MBA

β€’ Experience: 2+ years in Sales & Marketing

β€’ Industry: Industrial / Engineering Product Manufacturing, B2B or OEM Component Suppliers, Tier-1 Vendors (Marine equipment experience preferred)

β€’ Working knowledge of SAP and CRM/reporting systems

β€’ Strong market analysis, forecasting, and industry trend monitoring skills

β€’ Tech-savvy with the ability to analyze company and competitor websites
