Designation : Executive - QA

Preferred Profile

Knowledge Experience in : Compliance with GMP, SOPs, Review the quality of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products and IPQC activities.

Experience : Minimum 3 to 4 Years

CTC : 4 to 5 LPA

Industry : FMCG, Manufacturing Industry is preferred

Job Description

Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements in all QA
processes.
Monitor and review the quality of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished
products.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for any quality deviations
or non-conformances.
Oversee in-process checks and final product inspections to ensure consistent
product quality.
Coordinate with production amp; HO for new materials trials and validation.
Maintain and update quality documentation, including batch records, test reports, and
audit logs.
Support internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory inspections.
Train QAC team members on quality standards, procedures, and hygiene practices.
Monitor and control the wastage and rejection in the process
Oversee and make sure all the IPQC activities
Coordinate and monitor the Quality day implementation plan @facrory level amp; HO
QAC team.
