Role Description The Executive Office Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, providing direct administrative and clerical support to the executive team. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. The role involves handling phone calls and emails, welcoming visitors, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring office supplies and equipment are available and functioning. The Executive Office Assistant will help streamline day-to-day office operations, support documentation and filing, and uphold professional standards in all interactions with clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, and document management. They should know how to use Google Docs, Calendar, Meet, Canva, and Online Booking Websites.
- Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with executives, clients, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Office Equipment and basic office technology, such as printers, scanners, and standard software tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Candidates should have proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications (e.g., MS Office or equivalent).
- Candidates should be able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and support a high level of professionalism in an executive setting.
- A high school diploma is required; a diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an office assistant, executive assistant, or administrative role is beneficial.
