As we expand our reach, we are looking for a creative, data-driven, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our team in Kochi and help us inspire the next generation of professionals.

Are you a social media enthusiast who loves storytelling? Do you want to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing while making a real impact on people's lives? As a full-time Digital Marketing Intern at Eden Career Guidance, you will work closely with our marketing team at our Kochi office to build our online presence, engage our community, and drive growth across various digital channels.

• Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube) by scheduling posts and actively engaging with our audience.
• Content Creation: Brainstorm, write, and design engaging content (graphics, reels, carousels, and captions) that resonates with students and career seekers.
• Email Marketing: Help draft and design weekly newsletters and promotional email campaigns.
• SEO & Content Marketing: Conduct basic keyword research and assist in writing SEO-friendly blog posts or website copy.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights to suggest improvements.
• Market Research: Keep an eye on industry trends, competitor strategies, and trending topics in the career counseling and ed-tech space.

• A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, currently based in or willing to commute daily to Kochi.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Basic experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their algorithms (especially LinkedIn and Instagram).
• A proactive mindset, eager to learn, experiment, and take ownership of projects in a collaborative, onsite environment.
• Passion for education, career development, or helping others succeed is a huge plus!
