Roles & Responsibilities

  • To amicably handle the customer
  • To understand / analyze the nature of all channel Transactions reported by the customers
  • To understand the rightness of the transaction executed in the account across all the channels.
  • To ensure that the conversation of the customer is understood and documented appropriately across all platforms such as Dialer / TT / Excel.
  • Caller to understand the Telephone Etiquette while on calls, To ensure all compliance metrics are strictly adhered without any deviation.
  • To meet the set target.
  • Must be open for Rotational shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

  • UG regular in any specialization.
  • To have excellent communication skills.
  • Multilingual proficiency will be an added advantage ( Hindi, Telugu, Kannada)
  • Soft skills are mandatory.
  • Excellent learning /adapting skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • To liaise with different departments to ensure smooth functioning of the process.
