Job Description

Job Summary

The HR MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and analyzing HR data to support decision-making and ensure accurate reporting. The role requires strong proficiency in data management, reporting, and coordination with HR stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HR databases related to employee records, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, onboarding, and exits
  • Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports
  • Generate dashboards and analytical reports for management review
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of HR data
  • Track recruitment data, hiring status, and manpower reports
  • Support payroll processing with accurate data and validations
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments for data requirements
  • Automate reports using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards
  • Assist in audits, compliance reporting, and management presentations
  • Identify gaps, discrepancies, and suggest data improvements

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
  • Good understanding of HR processes and HR metrics
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BA or equivalent
  • Preferred MBA/PG in HR or relevant field will be an added advantage
  • Any recognized certification or specialization in Data Management is a plus.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR MIS / Data Management / HR Operations
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills may also be considered

Tools & Systems (Preferred)

  • MS Excel, Google Sheets
  • HRMS / ATS platforms / Job Portals
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI or advanced reporting tools is a plus
