Job Title: HR Executive – Generalist

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive – Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and support organizational goals through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Manage performance management processes and appraisals
  • Address employee relations issues and grievances
  • Support training & development initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Executive
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, HRMIS)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving and people management
