Important Note on Engagement:

The Executive Director is engaged as an independent strategic partner (B2B/Principal-to-Principal) and is not an employee of the company. This role does not include traditional employee benefits (health insurance, provident fund, paid leave, etc.). It is a high-stakes, high-reward partnership based entirely on shared success.

Key Responsibilities

As the Executive Director of Hotel Operations & Sales, your core mission is to maximize departmental net revenue and operational efficiency.

  • Pioneering Growth: Strategize, lead, and execute aggressive plans to achieve exponential growth in property revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Operational Mastery: Oversee all daily hotel operations and sales within your domain, setting new industry benchmarks for service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Efficiency Architect: Design, implement, and enforce robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), relentlessly driving cost management and process optimization.
  • Team Empowerment: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing operations and sales team, cultivating a culture of high accountability and success.
  • Strategic Counsel: Serve as a key advisor to the Board of Directors, contributing vital input to JFR's long-term vision, expansion, and investment strategy.
Candidate Profile & Requirements

This role demands a leader with deep hospitality expertise and a history of success in the domestic Indian market.

  • Education: Minimum of a Graduate Degree in a relevant field (Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, etc.).
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of domestic experience in hospitality or a highly related field.
  • Leadership: The last 3 years of your experience must be at a core administrative, General Manager, or senior leadership level.
  • Consultants Welcome: Independent Hospitality Consultants with 5+ years of core area experience and a proven track record of successful projects are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Financial Acumen: Deep mastery of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, budgeting, and a demonstrated ability to drive bottom-line financial results.
  • Change Management: Proven success in implementing organizational changes, establishing robust SOPs, and scaling operations efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to influence and manage relationships with the Board of Directors, investors, and high-value clients.
  • Market Penetration: In-depth knowledge of the Indian hospitality market and effective strategies for aggressive market share acquisition.
Unrivaled Compensation Structure: A True Profit Partnership

This compensation model is designed with zero downside risk to your personal income and NO CAP on your potential payout.

  • Profit Share: You and your leadership team will receive a direct, monthly payout of 25% of the properties' net profit (calculated after all operational expenses).
  • Unlimited Upside: There is no cap on the potential profit share. This is a pure revenue-sharing partnership rewarding exceptional financial management.
  • Transition Buffer: For the first 3 months, a fixed remuneration can be arranged upon request (limited to 75% of assessed revenue generation). This amount will be deducted from your future 25% profit revenue for the corresponding months.
  • Zero Risk: JFR absorbs all operational losses if they are incurred, allowing you to focus exclusively on maximizing profits and growth.
