Executive Assistant

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership.

If you’re someone who thrives on structure, knows how to manage leadership calendars end-to-end, and can keep things moving without constant follow-ups, this role is for you.

Location: Pune, Hinjewadi

Experience: 4 to 8 years

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days WFO)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Own and manage senior leadership calendars, meetings, and priorities
• Drive effective time management by proactively planning and resolving conflicts
• Prepare agendas, capture clear MoMs, and ensure follow-ups are closed on time
• Coordinate leadership meetings, reviews, and key discussions
• Act as a bridge between leadership and internal or external stakeholders
• Handle professional communication including emails, notes, and presentations
• Track commitments, deadlines, and action items across teams
• Support confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and leadership-led initiatives

What we’re looking for-

• 4 to 8 years of experience supporting senior leadership as an Executive Assistant
• Strong calendar management and scheduling experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup from Pune
