Executive Assistant to Executive Director

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, located in Vapi. The role involves providing comprehensive executive administrative assistance, managing schedules, preparing expense reports, and delivering executive support. The candidate will handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance.
• Experience with preparing and managing Expense Reports.
• Strong Executive Support and communication skills, including coordinating and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in office software and tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and calendar management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Prior experience in a similar supporting role is a plus.
