Job Description:

Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Experience: 0-1 Year (Fresher)

Location: Alwarpet, Chennai (On-site)

Compensation: As decided based on skillset and experience

Requirements:

  1. Excellent MS Office knowledge
  2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  3. Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  4. Familiarity with meeting applications (e.g. e-calendars, Team meetings, Zoom Meetings, etc.)
  5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  6. Well-developed organizational skills.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for Front Office Management.
  2. To manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  3. To maintain and ensure professional discretion and confidentiality
  4. Acting as the point of contact among management, employees, clients and other external partners
  5. Managing CEO’s calendars and set up meetings, scheduling interviews, booking meeting rooms, travel arrangements- ground and hotel etc. Making travel arrangements, detailed travel itineraries, arranging accommodation and preparing expense reports.
  6. Should be well versed in PST, IST, EST and GMT time zone
  7. Handling correspondence directed to managers/supervisors
  8. Being a scribe for Tracking of client enquiries and potential requests for quotations (RFQ) from website and following up on the leads and tracking them through engagement.
  9. Screen and direct phone calls
  10. Provide general administrative support.
  11. Ability to organize daily workload by priorities.
  12. Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  13. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
