Job Title: Executive Operations Associate (Founder’s Office)

Location: Mohali, Sector 67, India (In-Office)

Shift: Night Shift (US Operations)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-driven individual who will work directly with the Founder and act as the operational backbone of the organization.

This is not a traditional HR or admin role.

This role combines:

  • HR operations
  • Office administration
  • Founder’s office execution

You will be the eyes and ears of the Founder, ensuring that things move fast, processes are followed, and communication flows clearly across the organization.


What You Will Do

1. HR Operations (Execution-Focused)

  • Handle hiring coordination (interviews, follow-ups, onboarding)
  • Manage employee documentation, policies, and compliance
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee lifecycle
  • Handle basic employee queries and HR communication

2. Office Administration

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Handle vendor coordination, procurement, and payments
  • Manage office infrastructure (internet, utilities, supplies)
  • Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and operational readiness

3. Founder’s Office (Executive Support)

  • Collect daily reports from teams and send structured updates
  • Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure closure
  • Communicate founder instructions clearly to teams
  • Act as a coordination bridge across departments
  • Provide real-time updates on office activities and issues

4. Travel & Coordination

  • Manage travel, accommodation, and logistics for leadership visits
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal follow-ups


What We Are Looking For

  • Clear and confident communication
  • High level of trustworthiness and confidentiality


Ideal Candidate

  • 4–7 years experience in HR/Admin/Operations roles
  • Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities
  • Not role-conscious (ready to do both strategic and basic tasks)
  • Fast, responsive, and execution-oriented
  • Comfortable working directly with leadership
