We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and globally minded Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Global Management Team located across Europe, Americas & Asia-Pacific. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities across multiple time zones and cultures.

Your Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and globally minded Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Global Management Team located across Europe, Americas & Asia-Pacific. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities across multiple time zones and cultures.

This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Bangalore, India.
- Provide executive and administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials
- Act as liaison for global leadership, ensuring communication and alignment across regions and stakeholders
- Manage international travel arrangements, expense reporting, and related documentation
- Support strategic projects and operational initiatives through research, data compilation, and process improvement
- Plan and coordinate leadership events, workshops, and offsites with logistics and follow‑up actions
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business administration or related field preferred
- 7 to 10years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leaders
- Experience working in global or multinational organizations, with exposure to diverse cultures and regions
- Proven expertise in managing complex calendars across multiple time zones and coordinating international communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- High proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and project management software
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure
- Experience supporting C‑suite or executive‑level leaders, handling confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Background in international business, technology, consulting, or other fast‑paced global industries, including travel and event coordination
- Key competencies include cultural intelligence, proactive problem‑solving, adaptability, stakeholder management, attention to detail, professionalism, and mature judgment
