- Manage overall office administration and daily operations.
- Provide administrative support to top management, including coordination, follow-ups, and daily task assistance.
- Maintain office records, files, and documents (physical and digital).
- Handle correspondence such as emails, letters, and internal communication.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers for office-related requirements.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory; ensure timely availability.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with meeting arrangements.
- Maintain proper documentation for bills, invoices, and office expenses.
- Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for management when required.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth functioning of the office.
- Support in organizing company events, meetings, and internal activities.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and document tracking activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to administration.
