Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and office support activities. The role focuses on ensuring smooth office operations and providing direct support to top management in their daily work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall office administration and daily operations.
  • Provide administrative support to top management, including coordination, follow-ups, and daily task assistance.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documents (physical and digital).
  • Handle correspondence such as emails, letters, and internal communication.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers for office-related requirements.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory; ensure timely availability.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with meeting arrangements.
  • Maintain proper documentation for bills, invoices, and office expenses.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for management when required.
  • Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth functioning of the office.
  • Support in organizing company events, meetings, and internal activities.
  • Handle courier, dispatch, and document tracking activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies related to administration.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA preferred).
  • 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in administration or office management.
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Organized, punctual, and responsible work attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
