Job Description

We’re looking for a high-caliber Executive Assistant to the Founder/CEO—someone who brings structure, clarity, and execution excellence to the CEO’s office.

What you’ll do:
- Own the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel with ruthless prioritization
- Drive coordination across teams to keep strategic priorities on track
- Prepare crisp reports, presentations, and executive communications
- Track OKRs, key initiatives, and follow-through on decisions
- Prepare meeting briefs, notes, and action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support client, investor, and partner interactions
- Work with HR & Ops on executive hiring, onboarding, and admin workflows


Requirements

- 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role
- Strong business judgment, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Asana, or Notion
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
