Job title: Executive Assistant

Location: Connaught Place, Delhi

Salary range: ₹5.5 – 6 LPA

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Work Mode: Full-time | On-site


About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in managing day-to-day operations, schedules, communication, and coordination. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with maturity and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules for leadership
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communication
  • Prepare MOMs, presentations, reports, and business documents
  • Handle email correspondence and follow-ups on behalf of leadership
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and business events
  • Maintain records, documents, and MIS reports efficiently
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks
  • Handle travel bookings, reimbursements, and administrative support
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of action items


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Founder’s Office role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent calendar and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience in supporting senior leadership or founders preferred


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in corporate/startup environments
  • Exposure to stakeholder management and travel coordination
