Key Responsibilities

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities Support in preparing project plans, timelines, and status reports Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks Track project progress and highlight risks, delays, and dependencies Maintain project documentation including MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers Assist in conducting project review meetings and preparing MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) Ensure adherence to defined processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks Support senior stakeholders / PMO / Project Managers in day-to-day project activities

Required Skills & Competencies

Basic understanding of project management concepts / PMO functions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines High attention to detail and organizational skills
