About III Studio

III Studio (Infinite Ideas Interiors) is a leading interior design and architecture practice in Hyderabad, founded in 2010 by Brinda Goswami — architect, NIT Bhopal graduate, and recipient of the India Architecture & Design Award 2024 for Most Creative Luxury Interiors. With 900+ projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces, and a 16-member studio team, III Studio is widely regarded as one of Hyderabad's most thoughtful design practices.

We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for one exceptional individual to join directly under Brinda Goswami — someone who brings fresh energy, sharp business thinking, and the ambition to grow with the studio.

Role Overview

The Executive Assistant & HR role is a generalist leadership role designed for a bright, early-career professional who wants to learn how a design business truly runs — from the inside. You will work directly with Brinda Goswami across two core areas: executive support and people & operations (HR).

This is not a siloed role. On any given day, you may be preparing a client pitch in the morning, coordinating interviews in the afternoon, and setting up the Founder's week on Friday. You will be trusted with real responsibility from Day 1, and expected to grow into a leadership position as the studio scales.

Pillar 1 — Executive & Founder Support

Be the Founder's right hand. Keep the studio running smoothly.

  • Manage Brinda Goswami's calendar, meetings, client appointments, site visit schedules, and travel.
  • Draft and handle correspondence — emails, proposals, and follow-ups — on behalf of the Founder.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and post-meeting action trackers.
  • Coordinate with the design team, contractors, and vendors to ensure decisions are communicated and executed.
  • Maintain organised records — contracts, project files, vendor agreements, and studio documentation.
  • Support the Founder with research, decision-making data, and ad-hoc strategic tasks.

Pillar 2 — People & Operations (HR)

Build the team. Shape the culture. Keep things running.

  • Support end-to-end hiring — coordinate job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, leave management, attendance, and basic HR documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for team queries, ensuring a positive and responsive employee experience.
  • Assist in coordinating appraisal cycles, performance check-ins, and team feedback processes.
  • Plan and execute studio engagement activities — team outings, celebrations, and culture initiatives.
  • Ensure basic statutory compliance tracking — assist with PF, professional tax, and appointment letters.
  • Support the Founder in planning team structure and onboarding as the studio grows.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for one individual who ticks the following:

Must-Have

  • 0–1 year of relevant experience (freshers welcome).
  • Strong academic record with demonstrated involvement in committees, events, or leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication skills — articulate, confident, and professional in both English and Telugu/Hindi.
  • High energy, ownership mindset, and a bias for action — someone who gets things done without being told twice.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to handle multiple, shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Genuine curiosity about design, architecture, and the creative industry.

Great to Have

  • Internship or project experience in sales, business development, operations, or HR — even briefly.
  • Exposure to CRM tools, HRMS platforms, or project management software (Notion, Trello, Asana).
  • An existing network within Hyderabad's real estate, design, or luxury consumer space.
  • A natural eye for aesthetics and appreciation for design — you'll be representing the studio to clients.

What You'll Get

  • Direct access to and mentorship from Brinda Goswami — one of Hyderabad's most respected architects and design entrepreneurs.
  • End-to-end exposure to how a creative business operates — from pitching clients to managing a team.
  • A role with genuine ownership, not just task execution — your ideas will be heard and implemented.
  • A warm, design-led studio culture in a beautifully designed workspace in Kokapet.
  • Fast-track career growth — high performers will be considered for senior roles as the studio expands.
  • ₹6,00,000 per annum CTC, with performance review at the end of Year 1.
