Job Title: Executive Assistant
CTC : 20,000 - 25,000 ( Based on interview)
Work Timings: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Location: Ghatkopar West

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support the project head in coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and assisting with day-to-day operational activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate will assist in managing project-related activities, scheduling and organizing meetings, maintaining records and trackers, and ensuring that operational workflows are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Heads in coordinating day-to-day operational activities.

  • Schedule and manage client meetings, internal meetings, and project discussions.

  • Maintain meeting calendars, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure smooth coordination.

  • Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and action trackers when required.

  • Support the team in organizing project-related documentation and reports.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.

  • Track pending tasks and help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

  • Maintain operational records, trackers, and documentation.

  • Assist in basic administrative and coordination work required for smooth project execution.




Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently.

  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or office tools.

  • High level of attention to detail and responsibility.

  • Freshers who want to build their career as an EA may apply.
