With a comprehensive product portfolio including gate, globe, ball, butterfly, and safety valves, UAE Valves adheres to international standards like API, ASME, EN, AWWA, and ISO. By collaborating closely with EPCs, consultants, and end users, UAE Valves ensures precise valve selection, technical compliance, and on-time project deliveries.
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant at UAE Valves, located in Navi Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support, managing expense reports, coordinating schedules, preparing correspondence, and facilitating effective communication between internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves organizing meetings, managing calendars, and supporting key operational and strategic activities.
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to manage daily operations efficiently.
- Experience in preparing and handling Expense Reports and documentation.
- Strong skills in Executive Support, including calendar management and scheduling.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate or technical environment, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous.
