JRD Fibre Composite Pvt Ltd is a certified company specializing in the production of composite and cable products. Our manufacturing unit is located in Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli (India), just 170 km from Mumbai. Our product portfolio includes FRP and ARP rods for B2B brands in the Domestic and International market.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive- Accounts & Finance to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST regulations, TDS, and the ability to handle import/export transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

GST Compliance & Accounting:

• Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GST annual returns.
• Handling E-invoicing and E-way bills.
• Maintaining GST accounting entries, including adjustments.
• Conducting GST reconciliation and managing GST RCM (Reverse Charge Mechanism).
• Determining correct GST treatment for domestic and international transactions.
• Managing TDS returns and related compliance.

Accounting & Finance:

• Maintaining accounting records in Tally.
• Recording and monitoring day-to-day accounting entries.
• Assisting in import/export financial transactions and documentation.
• Preparation of periodic financial statements and reports.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of GST regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel (Advanced).
• Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with GST compliance for import/export transactions is a plus.
