We’re looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Events Client Servicing Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define event objectives with stakeholders to align with company branding and goals.
• Develop detailed timelines, budgets, and checklists for seamless end-to-end planning.
• Scout and book venues, catering, AV equipment, and decor that fit creative themes.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to control costs and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and conduct rehearsals for flawless execution.
• Promote events via social media, emails, and invites to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Oversee on-site operations, troubleshoot real-time issues, and ensure safety compliance.
• Collect feedback, measure ROI (e.g., engagement uplift), and prepare post-event reports.
