Event Manager


If Excel sheets, Google Calendar, and chaos are your love language... we need you.


Someone has to make sure the mic works, the speakers show up, the sponsors are happy, and the event doesn't become a Netflix documentary.


Responsibilities


  • Plan and execute end-to-end event operations.
  • Coordinate with speakers, investors, startups, sponsors, and vendors.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and registrations.
  • Handle venue coordination and on-ground execution.
  • Resolve last-minute operational challenges.
  • Ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in event planning or management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for events when required.
