This is a hybrid role for an Event Coordinator, based in the Pune Division with flexibility for some remote work. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events that align with the mission and goals of THW - The Healthy World. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, overseeing event logistics, ensuring excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities to enhance event engagement and impact. The Event Coordinator will also contribute to generating ideas for promotional campaigns and working closely with the sales team to achieve event-related objectives.

• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Sales and event-related promotional strategies
• Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks effectively
• Collaborative mindset and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• A Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
