Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled EV Cum Solar Engineer to work on Electric Vehicle systems and Solar Energy solutions. The candidate will be responsible for installation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of EV charging systems, batteries, motors, controllers, solar panels, inverters, and related electrical systems.
The role requires both hands-on technical knowledge and problem-solving ability in the fields of electric mobility and renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain EV charging stations and solar power systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to batteries, BMS, controllers, motors, inverters, and wiring systems.
• Perform testing and commissioning of EV and solar equipment.
• Monitor system performance and prepare technical reports.
• Support integration of solar systems with EV charging infrastructure.
• Handle electrical safety checks and preventive maintenance activities.
• Assist in R&D and prototype development for EV and solar projects.
• Work with CAN communication, UART, RS485, and other industrial communication protocols.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure proper documentation of service and installation activities.
  

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Electric Vehicle architecture and components.
• Understanding of Solar PV systems, MPPT, inverters, and battery storage systems.
• Hands-on experience with electrical wiring, testing tools, and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of BMS, lithium battery technology, and charging systems.
• Familiarity with controllers, motors, sensors, and embedded systems.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
