🔧 What you’ll do:
• Diagnose and repair EV battery issues
• Perform battery health checks & maintenance
• Work on battery packs, BMS, and related systems
• Follow structured SOPs and safety protocols
🎯 Who we’re looking for:
• 2–5 years experience in EV / battery / electronics domain
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills
• Basic understanding of BMS, wiring, diagnostics
• Willingness to work in a process-driven environment
