Purpose:

The Program Manager - School Enrichment will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing school enrichment programs that align with the goals and objectives of Lighthouse Learning Group

Role and responsibilities:

1. Program Development and Management:

• Design, develop, and implement school enrichment programs that meet the needs of students, schools, and the broader educational community.

• Ensure programs are aligned with educational standards and best practices.

• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educators, parents, and community partners.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success and sustainability.

• Act as a liaison between Lighthouse Learning Group and partner schools to address needs and concerns.

3. Resource Management:

• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

• Identify and secure funding opportunities to support program growth and development.

• Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of program staff and volunteers.

4. Data and Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and report on program data to measure impact and outcomes.

• Prepare and present reports to senior management, funders, and other stakeholders.

• Utilize data to inform program improvements and strategic planning.

Experience and Qualification:

• Graduate/Post Graduate with 6 to 8years of experience in working as a program manager in the Education sector
• Experienced in business and marketing with an entrepreneurial spirit.
