Job Title: ETL Developer

Location: Gudivada, Andhra Pradesh (Onsite)

Experience: 4–7 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will work onsite in Gudivada and collaborate with US-based teams during EST working hours, ensuring reliable data pipelines and high-quality data delivery for business and analytics needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources
Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions
Optimize ETL workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
Perform data validation, data quality checks, and error handling
Troubleshoot and resolve ETL job failures and data issues
Maintain documentation for ETL processes, mappings, and workflows
Support production deployments and provide ongoing ETL support
Collaborate with US stakeholders during EST hours for meetings and issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in ETL development using tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar
Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
Experience with data warehousing concepts (facts, dimensions, star/snowflake schemas)
Hands-on experience with performance tuning and optimization of ETL jobs
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work in an onsite, client-facing environment
