Key Responsibilities:

1. Review Project Data

• Analyze project drawings, models, and specifications to calculate required hours and associated costs accurately.

2. Define Scope of Work

• Develop a clear scope of work including deliverables, assumptions, inclusions, and exclusions.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate closely with sales and production teams to ensure project alignment, feasibility, and clarity.

4. Cost Estimation & Documentation

• Prepare detailed project cost calculations using Excel, covering:

o Architecture, Structural & MEPF services

o Clash detection and coordination efforts

o Shop drawing and BIM deliverables

5. Cost Tracking & Reporting

Required Skills & Competencies:

• BIM & Modeling Expertise

o Experience in CAD to BIM and Scan to BIM workflows

o Exposure to Architecture, Structure, and MEPF modeling

• Task & Time Management

o Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Strong Excel Skills

o Proficient in creating cost breakdowns, formulas, tracking sheets, and estimation models

• Analytical & Detail-Oriented Mindset

o High accuracy in calculations and documentation
