Education Qualification –B Tech / Diploma in civil Engineering

Experience – 5 Years in High-rise Building construction

Key responsibilities

1. Cost Analysis & Quantity take off

2. Tender Bid Preparation

3. Project Budgeting – Establishing, monitoring & updating project budgets & cost Database throughout the project life cycle

4. Technical Skills – Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS office & knowledge in Estimation software’s like RIB COST X or Plan swift etc... Will be considered as an added advantage

5. Common Skills – Strong analytical abilities, negotiation skills etc…

6. Experience in giving technical supports to Customer relation department

7. RA Bills & Certification – Preparing & verifying running account bills, recording & verifying actual work done on site etc...
